Pam029 GMT Hand Issues (stuck)

I just received my Pam029 last week and have noticed that the GMT hand tends to get stuck every day or so. Sometimes it work for only 1-2 hours and then it just remains stuck despite the hour, minute an second hand as well as the calendar working perfectly.

Its a really nice watch but I am a little annoyed that it's fully functional given the GMT hand not working as it should be. I read some posts on how you need to set the GMT hand in a particular order (tried it but still doesn't work).

Anyone has any suggestions?

I had very similar experience with my sec hand . I don't know if it would be the same problem but with my watch, my watch smith said the tiny pin holding the dial in place was bent and was stuck with the pin holding the sec hand. Or something like that. ;;;
I'd advise to take it to your ws and i'm sure it will be an easy fix. Mine cost me about 30 bucks to fix it.
