PAM01085 A New Release by a Panerai

Panerai just introduced PAM01085 aka “Blue Sea”.
Blue dial with OP logo, 44mm, in stead less steal with closed case back! I can beat this model will be rep by VSF. I think this will be another Panerai classic.

I saw this post and thought it said it will be repped. And when I saw this release the other day on the Panerai web site I thought it looked great.

Then I saw a few pop up on IG and kept saying to myself "they should rep this. It will be easy enough".

Fingers crossed.

This one seems perfect! 44mm, blue dial, no complications besides sec hand, close case back, and of course Luminor! Instant classic. They finally introduced model this year I’d buy.

Actually with some dial work, I wonder if Noob can leverage the 111 (and 911) to get a head start on this...then again Noob isnt as PAM-crazy as VSF is.

Noob will be releasing new 911 and two old 44mm Luminor reps. I’ve been told that besides that they have nothing else planed when it comes to Panerai. But I think if 911 and those two other Luminor reps sell quick, it’s possible they will think about making another pam rep.

I read that the caseback is a pressed one and not a screwed in at the gen. this would push me away from buying to be honest

My assumptions: VSF does not deal with classy luminors and will not do it, noob, as on. write participants have planned only 3 models, and this is hardly one of them. So the appearance of rep is not a fact, and if it does, it will not be soon. I don't like blue sunray dials, although the logo is attractive, and if they did gen on the threaded backcase (and suddenly) on screws instead of springbars, then I'm just glad. Classic luminors of the old model, with new details, this is what many are waiting for.
