Hi All - this is my first post on this forum. I have been reading and searching through this site for days, and let me tell you - it is fantastic and I am hooked! After carefully reading and browsing and not being productive at work for a few days, I have decided my first rep will be a PAM005. I think it is classic, clean, yet a bit different with the Logo. I feel like i have done a great amount of research, but i guess this is where experience would come into play. I have narrowed it down to a PAM005 N Noob - my question is, which do i go with? I have an impression that PureTime may be the best, but which is the most up to date? I feel like all the buzz with PAMs is about the 111, so I have been trying to compare the similiar features of the two, and want to make sure I get the most up to date version (crown guard, etc.) I originally was going to get it from Marvellous, but then saw Toroand Puretime. So now I cant decide, but am leaning more towards Puretime - his looks most up to date and the best out of the three (they may all be the same, am i just convincing that in my head?) Marvellous is $218, other two are $253. Can someone help me decide - i have posted the links below to the three sites for the PAM005 N Noob. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance! I am so happy to be a part of this great community!

Not sure which watch is most up to date but i've bought 3 watches thru Marvellous and the response to emails, QC pictures and watches have all been great.
Good luck

You could also contact Trevor. He generally has the best prices. Trevor is very slow in replying though so patience is needed with him. They all generally have access to the same watches.

Are all of these versions the same? I get that they are N Noob - but the CG look so much better in Puretime pics? Is it just me?

Great choice mate. The PAM 005 is amazing. I just got mine from watchinternational (Rochest/Mary). It's from H-factory, updated with high beat mov.

Be sure to choose the higher beat ones (21.000 bph). They seem to be more reliable.

Good luck !

Hi xtreme
I think you have already read the PAM REVIEW-GUIDE to know more things about this watch and PAMs in general.
"Reference PAM REVIEW-GUIDE" - Replica Search, Identification, Evaluation & Selection

All three watches you have chosen are exactly the same. They are the N-series from Noob factory.
The CG of this version, if you are lucky and you receive the last version, should have square edges. But there are many N-series fitted with the old CG. Don't trust the catalogue pics, consider only the QC pics of your final watch.
We all have made a big problem aboiut the CG, but I sincerelly think it is not a serious problem at real size.
Yes, N Noob version seems to be the more appreciated at this moment, but you cannot leave aside the H maker versions in a watch with "Sausage" dial. Moreover the polished bezel of H maker is very very good, I would say that better than the Noob one.
Bear in mind that for a watch IMHO the dial and the bezel is more important that the edges of the CG.

Threfore, concerning dealer chose the dealer that you prefer. Puretime, Marvellous and Toro are very good.
Concerning replica, Sorry there is not a definitive reply, some people prefers Noob and other prefer H maker: Up to you

Maybe you can be more "confused" at this moment but you must know the true.

Good luck

If you can find a 005K V1 from H factory don't hesitate..... If not, the newest Noob N series IMHO.

The case is that the noob 005 dial has to shiny markers, the H-factory 005K V1 has the best dial so it depends what is most important!!!

The 005k v1 has the crown too close to the case otherwise its a top watch with much better crystal than the new noobs, but the updated cg of the new noob is a big plus and the noob has a better caseback also

I think at this moment xtreme is completely lost !!

It is apersonal decision depending of the most important for you:

- Case (Noob)
- Dial (Sausage usually better H maker)
- CG (noob)
- Bezel (polished, H maker)
- Movement (high beat)
And so...

You must decide the important for you there is no perfect replica!!!

What makes the dial better on the H? Just better in general? And I guess I am confused as to why the bezel is better on the H? Isnt the noob also polished? Does anyone have a side by side comparion pic of the Noob vs the H? That would be a great help! Not confused - just trying to decide. I am very OCD. And thanks to this great forum, I am already in the process of purchasing a DSSD from BK - my wallet can thank all of you! This rep game is already beyond addicting!

Really it is apersonal matter !!
If you are talking about a PAM 111 (Sandwich dial) I would prefer Noob
But talking about PAM 000 or 005 (Sausage dial) I would have doubts.
You cannot see these subtle differences in some pics !!

Concerning sausage dials h maker is better in general but specially in markers with sausage lume.
Concerning bezel all them in PAM 005 are polished of course, but the uniformity and the reflections and finish in H maker's PAMs is awesome and like the external look of my H bezels.

Anyway two them are very good reps and you will not go wrong.

The REP's that are available now verses REP's from even a few years ago are outstanding!!

In my opinion they offer a quality that you would have had to spend BIG bucks on just a few years ago.

I feel that you can't go wrong with either H or Noob factory. From a foot away they look the same. I am guilty of wanting the most accurate model as well ... then I have to take a step back and tell myself it is "NOT" a GEN.

Over time I think we all begin to appreciate the time pieces for what they are "REP's" - we get the look and now MUCH higher quality at a fraction of the price.

This allows all of us who love switching it up to satisfy our wrist time addiction with a plethora of choices.

I am not sure you could ever make a 100% accurate and perfect REP unless you go Franken and for most it is cost prohibitive.

In my opinion if you do this your love of the hobby can be fulfilled and you will truly enjoy each of your purchases.

If we waited for a REP to be 100% accurate none of us would wear a watch. Remember it is a business 1st; why would you perfect a product? If they did none of us would chase the next GREAT Super Rep creating a secondary market in used sales that fund new sales.

Just my two cents and thoughts ......

I love my REP's as MUCH as my GEN's!!!! :)
