Hi guys, I got this 000 H-fac from Sead few months back. Bought a Gen pam strap and paired them both together.
Hopefully these pictures will help in reviews. I'm not good with words and comparison so let's proceed to the photos.

Getting harder and harder to resist buying one and fitting it with the dial with a V4 case.. How's the lume application btw? Smooth or rough?

Enjoy your 000

The lume is great! It won't last long but it lume up nicely when you brought in from outdoor to indoor. I think it lasted roughly around 10 mins. Not sure is that normal or not.

Ok guys and gals... here it is. The Modded H-Fac case done by me. Lots of hours went into this and though its not 100% perfect Id like to think it is perfect enough for me to wear around and feel happy about it. I pulled the Dial out to service it. Ive learned a lot the past few months. Here You Go !

Nice work buddy. What did you use to reshape the case?

I used a step by step process of wet sanding with 600 grit to get aggressive on the sharp edges followed up by 2000 grit and then finishing with a 2500 grit. ALL WET SANDING BY HAND one side at a time. Always looking at a Gen to try to get it as correct as possible.

Notice the Bevel shape and mirror is no longer straight reflection and now has the S curve. I need to use a buffer wheel to get the final polish on it. Not bad if I say so myself.:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

Yup the only complaint I have with my 000 new H factory case is the extremely straight high polished edge on the bezel where it meets the case. Dial however makes up for it, it is extremely nice

This would be appreciated

As a recommendation I would be more careful with the uniformity of the rounded of the transition edge of the bezel. See the reflections
The bet way is make the job in a lathe or some device like that
Always turning the bezel in some way if possible

Yeah the bezel edge is just slightly over what i wanted but is very close if you see it in person. All good though.
