The swan neck and Micrometer screw are completely decorative, right? So that shouldn’t be the issue - should it?
If that’s the case, it’s most likely just be the screw that’s bouncing around in the case that’s causing the watch to stop running. Which could have jammed in there at any time during shipping. So it’s possible that the loose screw just jammed in there while in transit. Just saying it’s possible because I’d like to think someone wouldn’t have outright lied in a sales thread.
I also cant believe the forum didn’t catch the issue in the original sales thread. Usually people are all over things like that which is what’s great about the m2m area. I hope it all works out in the end but as

oascom has fixed issues similar to this before and that watch is definitely in need of a service. Hopefully he (or anyone) can fix the swan neck.
