Pam strap question ,, its been a while :)

Well as many knows i was sick for quite sometime and now im getting my love of watches back , my big problem is i lost about 70 lbs. so my wrist is smaller ,, a regular strap is stil just a hair loose on the last hole , so what size strap would put me right in the middle of the strap ?

what is the rubber strap on the famous 177 or 111 , those are the ones i refer to ?

oops 6.75 and i like my strap buckle to hit in the middle and my strap to hit middle the or one short of the holes on the short side ,, right now im at last hole is snug and second is too loose and alot of rubber hanging out on a 177 , lol

You're probably going to want 120/75 strap length for aftermarket straps in the 4-5mm thick range.
