Does anyone know where to buy these?

Some of the TD's ship watches with them, some don't.

You can get lots of hits on ebay for them. If you ask your TD nicely, he may ship your PAM with one on each order. :)

I did try an eBay case, but it was cheap plastic. The rubber ones are much nicer. :) I'll ask next time I order. Thank you
