Wondering what is the current status of the rep PAM Rubber straps? I'm thinking of getting a one together with a PAM purchase. Is the current rep PAM rubber strap a good one or is it more worth it to get a GEN rubber strap?

Rep PAM rubber strap are about 90% gen.
Rubber is usually the best choice to buy, as above commented, it is almost the same as gen
Therefore a good way is getting the rubber strap in the first purchase and then you buy a good aftermarket or OEM strap following your taste

Thanks for the recommendation! Was thinking of getting a rep rubber strap to switch out once in a while due to the strap being more waterproof as compared to the leather ones.
+1 for rep rubber. And if you're from SG, many local shops sell aftermarket straps, like gnomon, 20straps, etc.
The problem with this rep strap is that it stays bend after several uses

on my 243 for example the gen strap stays flat when i took off the watch
on my rep 243 the strap is bend when i took off the watch.
and another thing is that the rubber feel a little bit "stickier" on the rep strap.
but anyway the rubber rep is much better than the leather rep.
those thing are terrible.

Where is a good place to buy these good rep rubber straps. I've seen a bunch on eBay and aliexpress but not sure which to get. Also I've browsed a few of the trusted dealers and can't seem to find it.

A good alternative to the Rep Rubber would be the ultimate Rubber strap maker based in Geneva; RubberB. IMHO, they are worth the buck more than horus straps.
Or another alternative would be Isofrane which is a classic and not as for everyone's taste. But RubberB on Pams look absolutely gorgeous and magical!
