Don't like the proportion of the crown guard and the case. I'd rather go with the 40mm Radomirs. If they make the case slim. Not so sure though, as this one looks a little thick, too.

Belkin told me, he doesn't work with cases under 44mm.

I don't know actually.

The 38mm gens are not even waterproof. Panerai has completely embraced the crown guard as a cosmetic device.

I would buy those in a second if they are VSF quality and less than 13mm thick
I was obviously kidding… the 38mm size would fit wonderfully well on my pruny wrists. I recently got a Submersible at 42mm and it feels right.

Ohhh boy. I need one of these for my chicken wrist!

I literally read "for my children's wrist". 😆

Not hating on all small-wrist guys, I'm in fact in the category myself, but I think the 38mm PAMs are catering to females mostly (not even uni-sex) — although I'm unsure how Panerai markets them.

Even the 47mm Panerais don't wear as large as one may think. With my very slim sub-16cm wrist, I can still relatively easy do a 44mm PAM, but my 42mm PAM1393 hits the absolute perfect sweet spot for my wrist and quite honestly, I think a 38mm PAM would be too small...

So, before you go for the 38mm, perhaps it's worth trying on a 42mm PAM first and see how that looks.

I have a Belkin 44mm Destro
Honestly, while I love that watch, I barely ever wear it

On my 16,5mm wrist

It's not shocking, though as says @eBoy 42mm would be perfect.
The main issue is that it's a bit thick as all Panerai reps, so not comfortable under a shirt and suit.

The only period I wear it is off work, when the weather is warm enough for a Tshirt and not hot not to sweat with the leather.

That's spot on. I wish a factory would rep the thin 42mm Radomirs like PAM337 or PAM512.

Imho that are the perdect Panerais for a small wrist.

Here's the thing...

I'm a freak of nature.

The State GIF by Paramount+

My total circumference (on the wrist, not elsewhere. Elsewhere I'm a giant) is less than yours, yet I have freakishly flat wrists.

My "support surface" is that of an 17 to 18 cm wrist. I forgot to add this little embarrassing detail. That's why larger cases work.

That's something that's often overlooked by horology fans.... Circumference isn't everything. It also depends on the shape (Flat i.e. Oval vs Round) of the arm...
