PAM Lug to Lug Lengths

What are the vertical lug to lug lengths for these models?

1. 111n V3
2. 243 V2
3. 005n V2
4. 390

My wrist isn't very flat so I want to see which models will fit me and have lugs that won't overhang. Thanks.

how big is your wrist ? as a guide so long it is 6.5" and more ... it would be no issue wearing a pam 44 mm ..
Also the lugs face downwards so does help somewhat a relative small wrist

All of those are 44mm diameter cased PAMs by the way. For reference, they fit me nicely with my 6.25" wrist.

1,3 & 4: 54mm (measured)
2 the case is bit different but it's also a 44mm watch so I would say 54mm (guess)

I can deal with a 45mm case size on most watches with no problem. It's just the lug to lug distance that worries me.

My Breitling SOSF is just a hair too long at 53mm (the lugs end up exactly at the edges of my wrist). I always thought SOSF was already a big watch but it looks like I won't be able to pull off PAM?
