There are a few things you can do.
1. Use a ruler
2. Really,just use a ruler
3. Look up the Pam model online or through Ale's Pam guide
4. Tell us what the Pam model is and I'm sure someone will look up the Pam model online for you..
I would measure it myself but I don't have it with me right now it's out with my watcjmkaker getting some servicing

PS: some 47mm Radiomirs have 26mm straps (radiomir 1940 case)

Here's an example of a Radiomir with a 28mm strap.
As you can see. the extra 1mm forces the strap to curve around the lug wires instead of sitting straight.
