Good morning gents
I'm thinking about correcting the hands on my 127 but it seems like the movement is top loaded. I removed the CG, stem and movement brackets but realized the dial must be glued to the movement sitting above the case. Any help with pics would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance
Shawn

You must remove the bezel, then remove the hands to remove the mvt

There should be a tiny lip somewhere along the bezel. I put electric tape on the mid case when you pry it up so you don't scratch it

Anyway, case knife should help. I just got back from holidays and found my KW 127 waiting for me :)

P.s. I used small suction cup to remove 425 bezel (front load too).

Welcome back buddy. I'm a little afraid of 1) scratching the case 2) not being able to pop it back in.
I'm torn on what to do.

I think it is simple job for watch smith. He will remove bezel, reset hands, put it back.

Good news! The KW is front loader!
Does anybody know if ZF is front loading too?

- as per ALE´s guide, here is the gap.

I was wondering why remove bezel to take out movement. Its not possible to take it out from the back?

The 127 movements are front loaded since the last Noob version so it is not possible to remove by unscrewing the back

Speaking of 127, can someone recommend which factory makes the best rep?

Before you get hammered on this question I would suggest reading some of the recent threads on the 127. This has been discussed and we have members that prefer certain makers over others. Hope that helps. I myself have the KW127 and very happy. Others have the ZF127 and are happy as well. It really depends on what flaws in accuracy you are willing to live with.
