Does the He "Valve" on the PAM's (specifically 243) require sealing similar to the SDDS?

Thanks

I do not think sealing the He valve is necessary. I have the same watch from T4D and when taking the movement out I realized there was no valve to seal.. To be on the safe side, check your watch and grease all gaskets before going for a swim!

I've seen collector26's post regarding PAM 243 over at the geek, he mentioned about greasing, but didn't mention whether it is necessary to seal the HE valve, just like gioarmani's tutorials on seadwellers.

In my case the He valve did not require sealing. My valve did not go all of the way though the case. I will also say to proceed at your own risk. I was very liberal with the silicone grease on the stem and o-ring. My watch is still pool and hot tub worthy but as a general rule reps and water do not mix well.
