have been looking at e 63c or 88 for quite some time but e innacuracies just piss me off.. is there an accurate GMT pam out there.? esp since i'm quite a nit pick person :x

No out of the box pam like that exists. It is one of the most expensive and time consuming builds you can get into. But be prepared to drop some serious coin.

There was a fully modded one (EL 063 super modded) on one of the foras for 1600 I think

The "Ultimate" 88 is a good watch out of the box. Get a tourby crown, toro CG and taka datewheel for it and off you go. Throw a relume in there if you really need it.
