Anyone know how the dial fits to a Joshua's PAM 036 Swiss 6497 Unitas movement? Is it stuck on or are there dial feet?

That's an either or thing isn't it? They should have dial feet, being a Swiss 6497 and if you look at the movt. where the screws that hold the feet are, you should be able to see the bottoms of these alleged feet ...

If you see holes where the feet are squeezed then you can predict the dial is stuck ..

The system BTW that holds the feet is an eccentric screw, that is when you turn it it tightens onto the dial foot, but if you keep screwing it, it will loosen eventually as you only have 360D of rotation on the screw ...

Often you have to apply a bit of lift onto the dial and then rotate the movt's dial foot screw, to 'feel' when it hits the loose part of the rotation.

...since we're on the subject. :) I have a question: Since a lot of the reps are made with ETA 2824 and 2836 movements which have the dial feet clamps in the same position, why are'nt more of the rep dials made with feet? Probably a dumb question, but just curious about that. Thanks. :) :)

probably because they tend to make one dial for both the Asian 21J and ETAs and the post positions are different; yet all three case the same ...

Feet would be good as all of those movements have cal dial wheels too and are tricky to sticker them vs feet

...yep feet sure would be good. Maybe some day the Asian movement will have same position as ETA. That would make things a little easier. Thanks for answer. :)
