Looking for a very high quality PAM replica with swiss movement. Lots of junk out there. I was wondering if anyone with some experience has any recommendations on a good dealer for this watch. I have a GEN one, and just looking not to spend the thousands needed, but best quality with attention to detail. Thanks guys...(an gals).

It seems that the best PAM dealer around here is DSN, but I have no experience with him, read the reviews about him.
Nevertheless, I just made an order to Mark at Timesshop.net for a 177H with swiss movement and he's got a 'factory price promotion' deal quite interresting.
Finally everything can be found from the dealers in RWI dealer section, just depend the price you want to put in.

DSN, as good as he once was, seems to have got a lot more bad press lately for his poor quality control. :x

Davidsen has just got too busy to maintain perfect standards and language problems often mean orders are misinterpreted. That why most custom watch builders buy in just parts from a number of sources and assemble them properly themselves.
Plenty of custom builders to choose from, they know what mix of parts make the best available version of a watch.

If you tell us what model, specifically, you're after we can probably give you some better answers...

There seems to be a new improved TI case in the market. Check my topic about it: pam 036.

As hooligan says, let us know the model you want :)

try out vaccum, he has some good PAM's, just send him a mail. I have 2 from him and I am happy, he also modded 2 watches for me and it is outstanding.

The big problem with that new case is that the design of the CG is such that the lever sits WAY too far away from the side of the case. Unfortunately, there is no real fix for this issue other than getting a different CG, and Ti CGs are very hard to find.

I've been looking for the PAM250 with swiss movt and AR coating. Not sure about the new Ti case though.

I don't think you will find that. The brothers have a 250 with 7753 but no Ar and I believe the gen watch does not have AR.

guru, I think the gen has single-sided AR, but after owning 3 gen PAMs, I can say this: Gen Panerai AR is ineffective enough and subtle enough that having no AR is probably not the end of the world. Actually, most rep AR is so blue colored that no AR is probably less of a tell....

I don't about the rep AR not being effective. I have a PAM Flyback Ferrari with AR and it sure does make a difference without any blue color whatsoever. Funny thing is, I got it off a cheap chinse site. Go figure.
