PAM CG problem :(

Hi at all,
I have just received two watches from sead:
PAM411 and PAM056.

Both work very well and are very nice ... but I have a problem with the pam056 titanium, and I need the expert advice.

The screws of the CG (both) spin freely and not engage the thread of the case, as if it were not present or it is very bad.

Sead told me it usually happens that the screws are the cause, and them get ruined.

But the screws seem to have a good fillet, but in the case it appears that there is not the internal thread in the case or very bad thread.

My questions are:

This is fixable? or I have to change the case if the thread is not present or is damaged ?

In the past I have had numerous panerai rep, but this is the first time that i have this particoular type of problem ...

Thank you very much to all

That due to thread hole too big, i got similar problem with you, but not as bad as this, need to replace the case since they will never got the screw to fit that hole.

Which factory for this case?

Use loctite. The case and/or screws stripping an issue even with SS cases sometimes.

If the thread/s are indeed stripped. But if the screw is too small for the case, then I don't think just filling up the gap with weak threadlocker is going to do the job.

The screws seem to be ok. The problem seems to be the thread of the case because the screws do not engage the internal thread ... solution for this? Change case?
