Does anyone here, any trusted dealer or any member, build PAMs?

I am attempting to obtain some custom dials and looking for someone who has access to PAM parts to assemble complete watches using the custom dials.

depends on how good you want it to be.

Were are you going with this?

Are you talking about unique customs dials in a homage or a Pam rep?

I have made some custom dials like this one. http://forum.replica-watch.info/vb/showthread.php/unique-textured-pam-dial-57537?t=57537

Hell, do it yourself. Breaking down a Pam and doing a dial swap is childsplay.

If you're talking about modding a Pam rep, just get yourself a good rep and do something cool with your dial. If you want a watch built from scratch, send your dial to Goin and have him put it in watever you want.

I was just trying to produce an RWI watch by getting a homage dealer to use a dial that said RWIPAM instead of PANERAI but no luck. They want me to order 100 watches minimum which would cost over $10,000 up front and I don't plan to invest that much money just to try to have a few to sell to RWI members.

I cannot even get them to sell me 100 dials with such lettering on them.

I think the idea is dead on arrival.

Because I was trying to get the dial done and the watch assembled in China.

It wouldn't be cost effective to disassemble watches, paint the dial and reassemble here.

People won't want to pay what US labor rates would all to the price.

In order to do it at a price near what you pay our dealers you have to have the work done in China. But getting someone there interested to do the work for a small order seems to be impossible.

Once they learn I don't want to buy more than 100 watches they stop answering my e-mails.

I was just tying to do something nice for RWI but I don't want to spend over ten grand to do so.
