Pam Broken I just got it.

Hi everyone I have a question.. I just bought a pam from m2m recently and having issues with it. the watch when it arrived is DOA when you shake it the watch sounds like something is rattling inside of it..

but here is my issue what do I can about this? is there anyone in the CONUS I can send it to or have it looked at by a jeweler in California or Ohio who doesn't mind working on reps? I would really like to wear this and have it
working
