Pam Bracelet

Hi all,

I am trying to find a reason to stay faithful to Panerai, and have never tried putting a bracelet on any of my Pams. I know that all lugs are not created equal, and from reading the remarks in RG, I don't know if I can buy with confidence that the bracelet will fit.

Research on the net indicates there is an "adapter" OP has, but could not find pics, and I sincerely bet a gen bracelet adapter from OP will cost more than an ultimate rep.

I currently own a DSN 104, DSN 240, cartel 111 and 112 and a PVD 111. I would like to try the bracelet out on either the DSN 104 or the cartel 111 or 112.

Please advise if this is a hopeless endeavor.

From what I understand, DSN no, Cartel should be ok.

I just ordered one for my DSN 091 and hop in it works! I'll keep you posted.

No word yet on if the DSN 090 worked out for you? I am getting pretty concerned that I wont be able to get a bracelet for any of my Pams.

I paired a random bracelet with my 104 and it is fine. Granted, I am not as discriminating as some!

You'll never know until you try it yourself.

None of my Ti/SS bracelets would fit the DSN cases without a lot of modding (sanding, filing). Nor would they fit most of the cartel cases, without modding. I actually only managed to fit them onto one 'old school' manual wind case, with 'adjustments'. My all Ti bracelet would fit onto a couple of my Ti cartel cases, but not all of them. I had to sand and file to get it to fit my DSN 240.

Now onto the all SS ones. I've had the all brushed, tapered, alternating brushed polished, and new style bracelets. The all brushed 24/24 would fit onto the 7750 Daylight cases, but not the 7753 one. The tapered one would only fit my Eddie Lee cases. The others usually had to be filed and sanded to fit any case (cartel, DSN, or 'old school').

The new style SS bracelet, is really nice, but won't fit any of my cases (and I've got quite a variety), and has a different way of securing the end links to the case so I haven't tried moddding it yet to any case.

Get the gist of it all?
