forgive my constant mod questions about CGs, crowns&e like..

just wana understand e process&everything properly..

in regards to crystal AR, i understand either taka or finedd's crystals r e way to go.. but if lets say one doesnt have e ability to get these.. how wld removing e AR look.. passable or not advisable to.?

remove the AR is the basic way to remove the strange blue AR .
You have to make sure what you have is the sapphire at first before you use anything to remove it .
And after remove the AR , you will get a clear crystal for sure .
The problem is , think about a clear glass and have a black backgorund , what will happen ?

That's why a good AR is very important to watches .

i see.. thanks for ur imput goin, really appreciate it.. i see most of ur mod projects u remove e AR if e crystal isnt changed.. how reflective is e crystal with e AR removed.? any feedback frm owners.? esp when in e sun, telling time..

112 rep ar is pretty crappy (weak) but the ones I have seen have no color tint to them. Therefore this is a good thing.....just leave it on.... it looks better!

frigpig, u refering to e gens or reps.? mine's a 111E case actually..which has a damn strong bluish tint, IMO.. well, guess i'll leave it on as taka's crystal is next on e mod list
