PAM 960 Issue

Help?? I just ordered and received the PAM 960. When went to put it on, I could hear something loose inside the watch. I then tried to wind the watch, it was very difficult to wind and it felt like i was winding up a 'top' or trying to pull the cord to start a lawnmower. It would make a loud sweeping noise. I assume something broke loose during shipping, any thoughts on what the issue could be, would be very appreciated with any answers. Thanks!

Maybe the rotor came loose?
Do you have a case back opener? If you do, open and take a look.

On my watch the rotor is VERY loud.

It is stuck most of the time; so I manually wind it.

Use a sticky ball or tap ball to open it up its sounds like the rotor may have come off.

As you describe it the rotor winds when you handwind the watch. That should not be. Take it to your watchsmith.
