Any news on the new smaller 38-42mm PAMs with the 10mm thickness? Would love the white dial blue markers one!

VSF has already launched the 904 but none of the 2018 models will be coming in at 10mm thin. Maybe a modder could thin it down to close to 10mm by removing the chronograph parts and rotor.

To my understanding they're three-handers, why do they need chrono movements? I feel like a simple 9015, 2892, or 2824 could do the job for a thinner case.

Sec@9 and date @3 complication necessitate the use of 7750 and clone movements. None of the movements you've mentioned support that configuration sadly.

For the most part it looks good. But when I consider that it's 33% thicker than gen, that would give me pause.

14mm?! You consider that thin? Maybe for your standard Panerai, but the genuine of this is 10mm... Massive difference on the wrist.
