Pam 692 & 984

To the recent purchasers of the VSF 692 & 984, a quick couple of questions, do they suffer from the VSF rocking bezel and the fish eye Xtal?...was thinking of buying either the 682 or the 984...both look solid reps after research but can’t seem to see a definitive pic of the xtals

I have the 692. It does have the fisheye. The bezel has great action and does not wobble.
My Rotor was quite loud, but I managed to silence it from the know how this forum contains.
It is not nothing short of a fantastic rep imo.

Both have fisheye and they have very solid bezel.
692 is less accurate.

Bezel on my 692 is solid, no problems there. Fisheye doesn't bother me much. Rotor is noisy but that's an easy fix.

Gen case is made with combination of zirconium, copper, aluminum, titanium, and nickel.
Gen case has slight yellow hue and texture has glossy finish. It looks almost like metallic glass.
Replica case is made with Titanium. On some pictures it may look similar to gen but irl you can tell the difference.

Iv just watched all the you tube videos on the 692 and to be honest you’d have to be some sort of metal expert to spot that it’s not titanium, I think VSF have done a pretty good job on the 692 especially for the £11200 pound difference!

You have to see gen 692 in person. Case color, finish, texture looks different. It looks kind of glossy with yellowish hue. Rep case looks titanium gray.

I almost get the gen , almost.... the colour of BMG is much darker than Ti ,it is ligher compare to Ti. It was old old price( 2nd increment in 2018) on the tag and I got discount about 12 percent.when I took out my card the seller only found out the computer system already set new price for 2019. A lot price increase. The seller just cannot sell me the old price even without discount the old price. From then I search rep 692 because I got a friend got a rep 719 from China , I found this RWI. i posted over wtb and that time it was out of stock. Until last year when VSF produced it. I am so happy with this VS 692... I can buy about 30 rep with the price of gen.( if I buy that in 2019) as for this hobby it is same to gen , when 1st coming 2nd one is one the way already..that why I am happy with this new hobby from gen to rep .
A bit slow down this year as too many carbotech Pam models and 42mm models. I prefer 44mm and 47mm. I got rep 616 ,1616 I think enough for carbotech models. My next is WAITING for green 44mm pam911 or something like pam1314 ..I think I am out of this topics.
