Pam 574 - Dressy/Thin Pams?

So I've been reading a lot about different Radiomirs because I was looking for a "super rep" smaller/thinner Pam (42mm to 45mm). Seems like people say there's some good ones out there, but when digging deeper it seems like their cases are actually too thick.

Maybe I completely missed something, but curious if anyone can chime in on the thinner/dressier Pams with Gen thickness or really "close enough" not to be noticeable. I've looked at the 512 (after research I think too thick) for example and the 574 which I really like linked below.

For the 574 I asked TSWatch to check with Factory on thickness and they said about 15mm. Whereas if you look at most TD sites they list 13mm. But I believe Gen is 10mm.

I also would be very interested on some pro counselling regarding the 574 reps out there... wanna buy one for my GF who has a really small wrist. We both saw it in the Florence boutique last week and she was like "omg, this would be a PAM I'd wear ;)"

Please can anyone chime in?

The reps are all too thick, particularly the case back is domed outwards for about 2-3mm instead of flat like the gen.

If you have larger wrists, and maybe cover it up partially with a shirt cuff, you might be able to pull it off

If you have small wrists, the watch just stands too tall in a disproportionate manner

I think the factories have a lot of room for improvement on these models

Oddly enough, I found myself in the same boat recently. G F saw the 574 in the boutique and likes the green strap...I cant sell her on a different 42mm rad, she likes THIS one.

Anyone know any more about this rep? Do we know ACTUAL thickness? I see 13.5mm and 15mm and I know gen is closer to 11 or 11.5mm. The gf doesnt know anything at all about watches other than Im obsessed with reps...she doesnt like the luminors but likes the smaller rads. She wont know or care about a 2 or 3mm thickness difference (queue "size matters" jokes)
