I'll be able to give you and RWI members a hands on evaluation, once I get the watch on my wrist. Already ordered Antique Copper Buffalo Buffalo Gain Calf Watch Strap, w White Heavy Hand Stitching for her ;-)
I assume since the gen only was made in 60 pieces we won't have a gen to compare with anytime soon... Just hope that Seagull movement will be good to me LOL. So let me give you my vote on SUPER REP qualities as soon as I get my watch. Looking forward to everybody's opinion on PAM 571 magnificent rep. Thanks!

Looking forward to input on this. Also just ordered a KW/V6F 571 a7750 from Sora. Looks so good i put the 382 on hold!
I would agree that the 571 is Super Rep Status. I love mine. I have the Seagull movement and zero issues so far. The build quality is superb.

Oh and the GEN is 50 pieces not 60... minor error. So the chances of people knowing what it is is far less. Winning in my books. Im sure there can't be more than 50 Gens state side too. Im being generous with that number lol
Unless we are camping out at all world Paneristi events, we won't ever meet anyone with a gen ;-) LOL
I'll definitely post the pics... the strap is on the shorter side: 115 / 75... my wrist is 17.5cm so not too much left... might have to exchange for longer strap... 120/85 probably...
in any case will see how this color/leather work with the watch... is that it or something lighter in color and truer to the OEM 50s style with GPF buckle... will see, will see.. can hardly wait but that is a part of the fun and games... was thinking of a green strap variations as well, maybe even canvas...

Yeah...gotta stay away from those Panerai Events.... I live in an area where a Special Panerai Event happens that goes hand in hand with why this watch was made. Lots of Panerais walking around at that time. I wonder how mad someone would get spotting it as a Rep. LOL Only time will tell around here...
The waiting game is fun... but when you open that box and see your watch for the first time its all worth it to me.
Great strap choices btw. Im in the same boat you are with wrist size. Besides the extra long straps are kinda cool with the added extra length if you like that style. I sure do. Im thinking a black leather (Ammo style) with white stitching.

I was thinking the same thing. Around "here" running into a Panerai staff member wouldn't be uncommon.
Im sure the list is small indeed. Ive seen some 571 advertised on google for sale... but thats just an Ad. who knows if its legit or not. I assume these are all Boutique only pieces and very limited to each country. Plus Panerai Advertises the 571 on the App and website. Im sure they all didn't sell out. I could be wrong though. Running into a Panerai worker would be kind of funny to me. Id be interested in how they would react. I wouldn't think they would get out of hand at all. Probably disgusted with the rep and whoever is wearing it. LOL... For now I am sure you or anyone wearing this watch would fly under the radar. LOL

@PAM1983 Since only 50 were made and dedicated to the specific event anniversary, I think we can assume that all 50 owners do all know each other. Maybe some watches were resold, but surely it's a VERY short list in the OP database.

This collection is nice. I really want a KW 382 Bronzo and a KW 305 as well. I must say that green strap really makes the dial on the 382 pop out. Very cool indeed.

Got the green strap today from Stevo Straps made from British Military parachute/weapon sleeves from 1940's to late 70's.
