PAM 563 Price Reduction Advice - Going for my 2nd Watch!

Greetings All,

I seek the guidance of the great PAM gurus to guide me on whether I'm making a wise decision or not. I noticed that the PAM563 from several TD's have been reduced in price by quite a bit. Here are the specs of the one I'm looking at:

PAM 563
Factory: V6F
Movement: Base Movement: Asian UNITAS-6497-2 17J hand-winding movement at 21600vph; Decoration: P5000 plate plated movement, looks like p5000 movement.
Functions: Hours, minutes and sub-seconds display
Case: Solid 316L stainless steel case
Crystal: Scratch-proof sapphire crystal with AR coating
Dial: White dial
Bezel: Polished stainless steel bezel
Strap: Brown Assolutamente leather strap
Clasp: Tang buckle
Water resistance: Yes

Is there any particular reason why the price has reduced so much? Just being cautious before investing in my next purchase. Thanks!

The watch looks great - I'm just curious why the price reduction? I don't want to walk into purchasing a bad watch. Thanks!

Could be that they simply aren't selling. Not many seem to care for the white dials. Yes, a few do, but it's not the mainstream PAM AHolic.

If you are going for a white dial, I would suggest the PAM113 or the PAM114, which are both first class medium level reps and the PAM499, which I think is the highest rated white dial rep at first class high-level. The PAM563 sits at the first class low level classification because of the more inaccurate movement.

Anyway for the price, if you are looking for a bargain, could be a good option. No reasons to decrease price leaving aside low sales.
