Pam 532 minus 3 min/day - help me please

I bought pam 532 zf from Ryan and movement delay is minus 3 minutes per day. What can I do? Thank you for help.

That can't be the same watch with those readings. Any modder should be able to get those numbers much better. China will take months...

What movement is in it, a 6497 or a p3000 super clone? The 6497 is a simple movement, easily repaired. The p3000, I'd have to defer to our Panerai experts, but parts availability may be an issue to repair.

I tried to measure my watch in more ways. After 24 hours it has minus 3 minutes. Next i try toolwatch app. And result was same. My next step was Timegrapher app and results was same about minus 3 minutes per day. I have a more watches and timegraph app is accurate app.

I bought a Hublot Classic Fusion and it was DOA for 3 days. I picked it up to take it to the watchsmith but decided to give it a final shake and it started working. After a month or so it is the most reliable watch I have. Sometimes they just need to spend time on your wrist. If after a month or so, you still have issues then go get it fixed.

Remove two tiny screws on the small bridge over balance wheel, these two just close to the ruby. Remove this small plate to uncover both two regulation tabs. Regulate standard way
