PAM 519 and 520

Guys - I'm interested in the PAM 519 or 520, the one thing holding me back is the Sub Dial Hands and wanted to ask if anyone knows if GEN like hands can be sourced? All else being equal both watches are beautiful and rarely seen in the wild.

I've never seen hands like those go for sale, either on ebay or on Risti.
