Pam 510 rep won't wind anymore

I was just wondering if there would be an easy fix. I can pull the crown all out to set the time, but there is no position anymore to wind ( with the crown guard closed). It feels quite loose when pulling out, almost no resistance till maximum extension.
Any comments here from knowledgeable gentlemen?
