Might need a service. That is a costum designed movement that is claimed to have 120 hour power reserve.
You could always contact Toro and send it back as well.
I always send my watches off to be serviced after arrival.

I have the 510 and mine has a massive power reserve, in the neighborhood of 4-5 days. It becomes more inaccurate though as time goes on without a wind. Service will probably sort out your problems!

I got mine from toro too, usd129 or something like that. Initially i thought the same, bad pr, about 12hrs. Got frustrated and decide to wind all the way, literally, until it hits a rock. And guess what, it has 56hrs of pr. Did it again, same, 56hrs. So im really happy now. Wind all the way, past the resistance till it literally hits the wall.
Common issue with having your first manual wind is not winding the watch all the way. I made the same mistake when I first got my PAMs in, which were my first manual winds.
After a while you get used to how much you have to wind to get it to full PR. I wind it until the point where it would take considerable strength to continue winding it any further. Works well for me.

Depends on where you are. I send my stuff to Vac aka Vaclume. He does a great job.
Besides the needed service, it is not the best Panerai Rep to go for. The printing on the dial is the wrong color, as is the non matching lume between dial and hands. The case is not correct as is the beveling and height of the crystal and bezel. Total height of the watch is also not correct.What do you think ?
Seems like the wind only last about 14 hours which sucks.
Does anyone have better luck with an automatic or a wind ?

Yes the wind only turns 12 turns
And has major issues when starting
Starts and stops.
