PAM 441 v6f Ceramica - whats the difference between these two?

I was thinking of snagging the PAM441 ceramica, really nice looking watch, and see that there are two that look identical on intime, but vary quite greatly in price. Can anyone offer some insight into the difference between these two?

Both have the exact same information...

The more expensive one had the 7750 movement which costs more. The cheaper option has the Seagull movement which is a less expensive movement.

Also i forgot to mention...the 7750 is a higher beat movm't. Seagull is lower beat. Higher beat will make the second hand sweep smoother.
