Hi Guys,
I have one on the way and received QC pics yesterday. It looks good but honestly due to the simplicity of the design (no dial markers etc) I’m not sure what to look for to determine if I should accept or reject the watch.
One thing I did notice was that the strap screws (the ones that hold the bracelet onto the case) were different lengths, one was slightly recessed like the gen, the other one overshot the side of the case even though they were both screwed in the same amount when looking at the heads of the screws on the other side.
I understand that these screws are a different length than normal Pam screws and are not easy to come by so I asked TD to source a replacement shorter screw so I can fix it myself.
TD has offered to get me a different 438 instead.
Just wondering if someone can give me pointers on what else to look for?
Thanks in advance.
