I was wearing it in the house today, luckily, and one of the below pieces fell off. I tried the other side, and it was super loose.

I wonder if these just need to be glued on??

Loctite Superglue will do the job

This is a sign to use the watch with a strap :)

Joke aside, glue is the only option if it is too loose..

As I mentioned in my reply to you in the other forum, please apply the glue with the end link separated from the rest of the bracelet and unattached to the watch head (don't be tempted to apply it in the pictured configuration). Any excess adhesive might attach itself to either bracelet or watch head which would make it kind of problematic afterwards. And do be careful with the amount of adhesive. A little goes a long way (especially for strong adhesives like Loctite).

Oh man that's really a bummer!! Now I need to check my 438 to see if they are loose or not. :/

Yeah, sent an email to Tim at Fat Panda and all good - he's going to source the part from the factory. The part is free I just pay for shipping.

Same thing happened to me. I also have a cracked link in the bracelet. I guess I've been putting the beat in daily beater.

I wonder why they don't make that endlink solid/one-piece. That first link gets squeezed by the 2nd link continuously as one wears the watch. Seems inevitable that the glued-on top piece would pop out - just a matter of time. I really hope the manufacturer gets feedback and changes the construction of the endlink. Seems like a pretty big design flaw on an otherwise amazing piece.

A question for you guys...
Can I replace the ceramic bracelet with a Rep Rubber strap?
Excuse my ignorance but from the pics on this thread it looks like the ceramic bracelet is fixed to lugs.
please advise, thanks.

You can do it perfectly without problems
The ceramic bracelet is fixed just by end-links and you can remove them removing the lug bars
