Pam 438 King?

Hi! A local dealer I know is trying to sell me a pam 438 with leather strap and a sticker saying KING. In the pictures the watch looks OK but I'm not familiar with panerai details and don't know what King is. Is it a less known factory or inferior quality? Can you share some knowledge with me? Thanks!

Hello! Yes, your guess is correct, the KING factory could make a cheap entry level 438. I'm sure it won't be ceramic, just steel with black PVD and SEAGULL inside.

These are quite adequate watches for their price ($150), while a good PAM438 VSF will cost about $500, but it makes no sense to compare them. VSF made actually, very accurate rep.

Thank you! You really answered my question. He's asking 350 usd for the watch so I guess it's quite a rip off then! I'll keep with the factories I know and the TD from this forum then.
