PAM 438 Ceramic scratch - doubts

I ordered PAM 438 from one of our TDs recently. Got scratched the other day which revealed this mark. I paid $438 for the real ceramic case, I know there is a cheaper DLC coated version out there from another factory. Do you think this scratch is indicative of this being the DLC coated version based on the look? My gen ceramic watches have never scratched in this way. Any thoughts much appreciated!

Looks like the softer material got smeared over ceramic surface of the watch. Use rubber pen eraser to remove it.
