Is the Ceramic Braclet currently avilable on the best PAM 438's large enough for a large wrist... possibly 8" to 8 1/2"?

Yes Mate, I had to remove about 6 links to fit my 6.6 inch wrist so you should be okay.

On the opposite end, how many more links can you remove? Just curious on the wrist size range.

The maximum number you can remove is 3 on each side I think. It can fit a 6.25" wrist.

All of the links are removable. Push Pins
