I just bought a wonderful pam 425 from a TD here on the forum. Being the owner of two gen PAM - this is my first rep - I am truly amazed by the overall quality of finishing. It's really a beautiful piece.

Unfortunately I quickly noticed that the movement is running slow - I mean really slow since it's losing about 1-2 minutes every six hours. I contacted the TD and he told me to wind it up completely and see if it improves the situation. I did so, but the problem is still the same.

Now I understand this is the P3000 clone movement, so I don't know what one should expect with it. Is this nomal? Are others having the same problems?

Thank you

I have a PAM 449 rep with the P3000 clone movement and have not noticed this problem.

Stupid question but have you full wind it up?
The p.3000 tends to run slow when the spring is not fully charged

It can be regulated, but as the days go on, timing will become noticeably worse.
