Who makes the best and most accurate 40B T dial (dial ONLY) and how accurate is it to gen?

Is a Jacob CB the best option or is there something else comparable or better?

Jacob CB are the best thing but 4 times the price of Dsn.
Wouldn't think it's worth it for a 40 or any other if available from a different maker.
On the other hand for a 195 for instance, it's great as you can have your name on it as if you were part of the 200.
