Pam 392 lumes

Just got Pam 676. I charge lumes for about 2 to 3 minutes with an led flashlight. They only illuminate for about a minute or 2. What is your experience? It's a kw watch. Is it a bad one or are all the Pams like this?

I have a 1359 ZF and mine does the same. Although I read on the gens, that's normal. It's just just for eyes to adjust.
