Hi folks, I got this Noob version PAM 390N. The strap is very tight and uneasy. Is this common? Is this supposed to get better after wearing it long? Or this is considered bad quality strap? I'm confused? Should I give it some more time or buy a proper quality strap? What is the size of the strap I should be looking? Can we get high quality straps under $50? Any suggestions? Thanks.

Look on paneristi and you can find some deals. Sometimes even deals here. I would say a 100 will be what you need to spend for a great strap like Paco Micah etc. You are looking for a 24mm strap. Length depends on your wrist size

I see 24/24 straps and 24/22 straps? Is 22 for the buckle end? my rep has Panerai buckle. I want with Panerai buckle as well.
yes the 22mm means its tapered and is the buckle size. I prefer 24x24 but everyone has their own taste. If yours came with an Asso strap it will have a 22mm buckle
stick with 24/22 since its the gen spec and rep also same, if u want 24/24 im afraid u need different buckle.
There are litterally a ton of options that go with the 390. I have it on a Orloff croc.

If I'm going to similar quality, then I think I should use this one and let it break and not spend. Let me also know is this is considered good quality strap.

Orloff is one of the strap makers I tried whose quality exceeded my expectations. I can assure you his prices are very fair, you will not find such quality for the 100-120 usd he asks
