Is the latest Noob the V2 or N?
And do you experts know if I have to wind it every day?

Refer to Ale's guide on which one to order. You also want to make sure you request from TD the latest batch, with all the updates made. All the specifics are on his guide. As far as winding it everyday, I don't wind mine everyday.

Noob PAM 390 last batches are a sure value
Last H maker is very good too but there are a lot of inconsistencies between units, better go to Noob
I have not yet info about the last KW-V6FAc. They looks promising but who knows !
Therefore get a Noob PAM 390 and you will get one of the best reps ever made
Just to assure you are getting the last case and slim crown (there are still "old" batches in the market)

I did a search but most articles only talk about noob vs gen. Is there a picture showing how to tell if 390 has latest case and how fat cg looks vs slim cg?

The Noob case studied in the thread is the "old" one, the new case Noob PAm 390 should be more similar to KW case seeing the case from 6 or 12 hrs.
In the thread it is also explained Flat and slim crown. The "old" Noob was Flat and the new should be like the KW crown
