Pam 389 difference between v6F and zF?

I haven't find any useful post so if some one can help out would be great.
I see movement is different. But is casing and finish the same on both ?

If someone has actual pic it would be great

Basically KW has inaccurate shape of the cushion shape but has much better finish, fitting and gen-like appearance.

I've owned both and the V6 makes the ZF look like a rep, if that makes sense. Yes, as ALE mentioned, the cushion shape of the case isn't correct on the V6 but the other benefits outweigh that. It's a very tidy watch.
