PAM 389 backplate

I want to replace the backplate of the PAM 389. how do I have to do that. Seems difficult to get a good grip to screw it loose?

Try a rubber ball, a ball of duct tape or a proper caseback opener.

If you don't know how to take off a caseback you shouldn't be messing with it

Surely OP needs to change caseback because he got the wrong caseback from first batch, and then he has received from Angus the correct caseback to get replacement

Yes Ale that is what thought, yesterday I got my watch with 2 backplates but I didn't
take a good look.....the correct one was already placed so i don't need to change it!

you could try to use any rubber based ball to open the caseback, alternatively you can also purchase a caseback tool from one of our trusted dealers, Watchblitz with this link
