PAM 386M Fantasy or Not?

I've read a couple of threads, stating that it has never been released since Basel 2011..

But a quick google search shows a little bit of info saying its been released

So the question is was it ever sold? Seems it was never actually released for sale.

I read on Risti that the release was delayed until 2012 and then the project was scrapped all together. So if it was sold it would have been a prototype or a small production run that leaked out.
