I recently noticed that my rotor was really loud on my PAM 382. It appears that it has come off of however its not totally off. Is there a locking mechanism that keeps the rotor from coming off of the center? How can this be fixed? It's almost as if it came off of the center bearing if that makes any sense.

The rotor is force fitted to the center. Just remove the caseback and push the rotor in.

A dab of peanut butter will help keep the rotor in place and add a pleasant peanut-y smell to your piece.

[but seriously, don't put peanut butter in your watch. It'll attract bears]

Thank you so much for your advice. So all i really need to do is to push on the center of the rotor and "snap" it back on? Is there a screw that I should tighten? While i have the caseback open should i lube the watch? I'm not sure what kind of lubricant to use.

This is how a pro does it:

Personally i would be hesitant to apply pressure to the movement so i would remove the bearing and fit the bearing to the rotor instead, like in the video.

Very nice video. But the rep PAM rotor is just a very thin and cheap sheet. You don't need a press.
