Hi Guys,
Yesterday, I have received two watches. PAM417kw and 372sf-p3000v2. I've noticed that p3000 movement is not winding up as silky smooth as a6497 on 417kw. Is it normal for clone p3000 movement to be little stiffer to wind since it is not even ETA clone ? It keeps very good time since last night at least.
I had to open up the watch, because one screw on the bridge was loose half way, no damage. I checked all reachable screws if they were tight, but I am afraid to remove bridge plates to see if the rest of the movement gears under the plates are all tight. I had similar issue in the past after 4 months of use with A6497, where gears screws had to be tighten up, but screws were all reachable from the top.
P3000 came like this from TD, and I am not sure if I have to take it to the watch repair for a check up. I have all the tools to do basic service, but I am just a beginner and was going to take a old soviet era watch apart first and see if I can put it back together, before I touch any PAM rep.
I know there is no parts for P3000 clone, so if anything breaks watch is dead inventory.
Here is the picture of the movement from my recent purchased 372 SF.
I'm really happy with my purchases, waited a month for get these, so as long as it is normal I will just keep an eye on it, PAM372 SF is really, really nice watch, these black dials have beautiful light metallic tint in sunlight that is hard to catch on pictures.
Thank you.
