Pam 372 ZF crown issue

I just receive a zf 372 today. But i m not very happy..
When pull the lever. Sometimes the crown jump through time setting position in first place instead to be in winding position.
Second . When time setting , it is ok clockwise but counter clockwise, it is very rough and can feel the gear jumping.

You are having a keyless issue. I advise you to exchange the watch.

Could be the crown stem coming loose and bouncing around on the inside. found out the hard way and my Noob 372 stem broke that way. had the same symptoms. Try pulling the crown and see if something is loose.
