PAM 372 winding issue

Just this morning I received a new PAM 372, when I got it, I wound it up fully and set the time on it. I didn't even wear it but when I picked it up a bit later, I noticed the watch will not wind anymore. The crown only sets the time in both positions, even when pushed in and with CG closed down.

Any ideas? could it be an easy fix or do I need to send it to a watch maker already?

May I know what factory of your PAM372?

I had same issue on that after wearing not more than a month.
