I share the indignation: everything is very bad; the crystal is not the same, the case is not the same, the dial is printed instead of engraved, hands are wrong, the caseback is also not the same...
Even if the engravings between lugs are correct, it wouldn't make sense...

Honestly, I may be behind the pace of price increases, but I'm used to seeing this for $100 - $150 on DHgate...

Does anyone think this movement looks decent? I have an early noob 372 coming which has a less than ideal looking movement.

I wouldnt bother swapping out the movement in the Noob for this. It may look a bit better but it’s still not accurate so it’s not like you want to show it to someone who knows.
